Join FIT4MOM for their signature Stroller Strides class every Wednesday!
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby. The group welcomes all fitness levels, and also provides modifications for pregnant, postpartum and nursing moms — higher intensity options available.
Each class is a 45 minute, total-body workout!
Classes will begin on The Lawn.
After class, enjoy Kids Club on The Lawn every Wednesday at 10AM!
Please maintain a proper physical distance of 6 feet or more from instructors and other participants.
